Sales Training and/or Leadership Training

4 day or 2 day Results Program

There are times in every business where either a sales team is under performing or when a Leader is not performing at his/her best.

At these times, the best way to turn things around is fast, effective, focused action that produces immediate results.

For 4 days (or a scaled down 2 days) we understand your business outcomes and the current situation. We analyse the challenge of behaviour and communication style in the whole team, and then work with the people necessary.

Based on our observations, research and unique understanding of human behaviour, we will then coach the team in eliminating destructive habits, beliefs, behaviors and communication.

The 4 days can be tailored to coach one key executive or a team, project or sales.

Day 1
Meet and discuss outcomes and set goals and objectives for the next 4 days. All participants will have already filled out detailed questionnaires and behavioral assessments.

Day 2
The coach collects the behavioral pattern information. We do this by shadowing the client, and based on the observation and assessment gathered earlier, create a customised plan for intervention and transformation.

Day 3
Your coach will hold an off-site session with the key player (s) covering the observations and comparing them to the outcome objectives.
This day begins the transformation and the coach helps each player develop new and different strategies to produce better results and greater fulfillment.

Day 4
On site, with on going coaching support, the player(s) implement the new strategies learnt.

The coach offers feedback through the day, continuing to shape the new behaviors based on real-life conditions.
